USING THIS WEBSITE
The following information explains the website’s contact form, browser storage and external links.
Browsing the website
This website does not use analytics or advertising tracking. Images are served by this website rather than embedded from social media or directory services. Delivering a page involves technical request information, such as your IP address, which the hosting provider may process.
Information in the enquiry form
The consultation form lets you enter a name, email address, optional phone number, meeting preference, availability and a question. These entries remain in the page while it is open. The website does not store them in a database. When you select “Continue in WhatsApp”, the details are included in a link sent to WhatsApp to prepare your message.
You review and send the message in WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not automatically send it or reserve an appointment. The link contains your entered details, and may appear in your browser history. WhatsApp’s privacy practices apply when you continue. Avoid including sensitive personal or health information in an initial enquiry. Closing the form leaves entries available during the same visit; your browser may also offer autofill.
Email and telephone enquiries
Email and telephone links open your chosen email or calling application. If you send an email or make a call, you are contacting Karen through those services, outside the website form. Please share only what is needed to arrange an initial conversation; you do not need to include details of your experiences.
Browser storage
If you choose to save a cookie preference, the website stores an essential-only preference on your device. This does not enable tracking. Read the cookie policy for details and how to remove it.
Other websites
Links to services such as Psychology Today, BACP and the ICO take you to other websites. Their own privacy information applies when you visit them.
Questions and information requests
You can contact Karen to ask about information held about you, request access or correction, or discuss another data protection concern. You can also ask about how enquiries and counselling records are handled before sharing sensitive information.
Contact Karen Anaman at rwpsychotherapy@outlook.com or call 07818 224538.
The ICO provides guidance about your data protection rights and information on making a data protection complaint.
