COUNSELLOR, MBACP
A PERSON BESIDE YOU
I’m a qualified person-centred counsellor and certified coach. I offer one-to-one support for adults, creating space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without having to be anyone other than yourself.
I bring over nine years of experience working within NHS mental health crisis pathway services, supporting adults with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
My approach is collaborative and shaped around you. Working within a pluralistic framework means we can draw on different ways of working, guided by what feels helpful for your individual needs.
My Christian faith informs my values, and I warmly welcome people of all beliefs, cultures and backgrounds.
“If it matters to you,
it is valid.”
THE HEART OF REVIVING WELLS
CLIENT REFLECTIONS
I had the time and space to be able to talk judgement free
Karen has helped me understand myself in a way I hadn’t been able to before. I leave our sessions feeling lighter and with a much clearer perspective.
From the beginning, Karen made me feel comfortable enough to be completely open. She listens without judgement and has helped me work through things I had carried for a long time.
Working with Karen has genuinely changed the way I deal with difficult situations. I feel more confident in myself and better equipped to handle things when they become overwhelming.
